Quality Assurance Programme
We at SKMCH&RC are committed to providing the best possible care for our patients and are guided by the principles of equity, transparency and merit in all our activities, and are striving towards continual quality improvement.

- Clinical Audits: A quality improvement process that seeks to improve patient care and outcomes through systematic review of care against explicit criteria and the implementation of change.
- Medical Charts Audit: Monthly activity, done to assess compliance with the standards related to patient’s record
- Clinical Quality Monitoring: Evidence based evaluation through Hospital-wide and specialty-based key performance indicators. See Clinical Performance Indicators
