Respiratory Therapist - (Peshawar) SKMCH & RC, Peshawar requires the services of a Respiratory Therapist. Respiratory therapist should be a trained professional to become an integral part of the Intensive Care Unit team , which operates and maintains patients on mechanical ventilation. In addition he/she participates in advance airway management, in providing oxygen therapy, administering aerosolized medication, performing chest physical therapy and pulmonary function testing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must have a diploma in Nursing or B.Sc. with Physiology. - Diploma/Certificate in Respiratory Therapy will be preferred. - At least 05 years of relevant experience from a recognized institution. - Candidate should have good computer and interpersonal skills.

Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital & Research Centre, Peshawar requires the services of a Clinical Nurse Manager (Nursing Risk Management & Quality Assurance) in its nursing division. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for nursing staff, patients & their relatives. He/she will be responsible to conduct divisional internal audits & gap analysis, while also participating as a core JCIA, ISO, and Magnet team member in patient tracers & chart audits. He/she will be responsible to maintain & monitor relevant data, ensuring that clinical nursing practices are up to date and that provision of nursing care is based on quality standards. The post holder will also be expected to take part in Nursing Education.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Registered nurse with valid PNC registration. - Must have Bachelors of Science in Nursing from a PNC/HEC recognized nursing Institution. MScN / MPH / MBA will be preferred. - Post Basic Diploma in Oncology/Critical Care/Pediatrics/Accident & Emergency Nursing would be an advantage. - Should have attained at least 55% marks or 2.5 CGPA (where applicable) in all credentials. - Must have minimum 4 years of experience as Team Leader/Head Nurse or 03 years as Nurse Manager of a reputable hospital, preferably in outpatient, emergency, ICU, or oncology unit. - Should have two years of formal/informal teaching experience. - Should be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). - Must be familiar with ISO, JCIA and provincial health commission accreditation standards and all related policies and procedures. - Candidates with experience of working in quality assurance and infection control will be preferred.

Shaukat Khanum Cancer hospital and Research Centre, Lahore, requires the services of a -Medical Oncology Nurse- in its Medical Oncology Department. The incumbent must have a clear understanding of cancer treatment modalities and cancer care pathways. The appointee should have effective linguistic skills to ensure optimal communication with all levels of hospital personnel; patients, and their families. He/ She must be a team player and have the ability to work under pressure. Key responsibilities : - Counselling patients regarding cancer diagnosis, management, and complications with holistic approach in OPD, IPD and chemotherapy bay. - Provide support and relevant resources to patients undergoing treatment and their families, and inform them about treatment expectations, prognosis, and care. - Act as the point of first contact for patients in the relevant specialty. - Coordinate the treatment and diagnostic tests of patients to ensure timely response without any delays or interruptions. - Maintain a record of patients on active treatment to ensure that optimum treatment is provided and any challenges or issues are prevented. - Participation in regular audits to ensure the quality of service delivery according to international standards (JCI, QOPI etc.)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Registered Nurse having Valid PNC registration. - Female candidates with diploma in Nursing must have an additional one-year Midwifery diploma. - Male candidates holding diploma must have a Post-Basic Diploma in Nursing. - Post-RN BScN and Post-Basic Diploma in Oncology Nursing will be preferred. - 2 years of Oncology Nursing experience with at least 1 year in Adult Oncology Nursing. - Excellent communication and computer skills.

OR Diploma in general Nursing, and specialized diploma in, Oncology, ICU/EAR,OR, Pediatrics AND/OR 2 years experience OR - Diploma in General Nursing (Minimum 55%) from an accredited Nursing Educational Institution (approved by Pakistan Nursing Council). - One Year Post R/N working experience is essential. Please note that experience recognized by SKMCH & RC would be of internationally recognized and of Hospitals recognized by PMDC. - One year Post basic diploma in any nursing specialty is desirable.
