Eligibility Criteria:

Work Experience: The incumbent will be required to lead and support a wide range of materials management functions critical to hospital operations, including but not limited to the following: - Lead procurement and inventory operations to support an efficient and responsive supply chain. - Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. - Ensure adherence to hospital policies and compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Materials Management Department (MMD) standards. - Develop project proposals, draft legally binding documents, and conduct managerial research to support strategic decision-making. - Oversee the planning and execution of internal audits to ensure operational transparency and accountability. - Design, organize, and deliver seminars, workshops, and training sessions to enhance staff capabilities. - Leverage ERP systems to optimize and streamline materials management processes
