The position requires working on the patient- feedback handling system, incident reporting system, patient feedback rounds and patient satisfaction surveys with close assistance and supervision from the Head of Quality and Patient Safety department.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master/ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Healthcare or Social Sciences.
- 1-2 years working experience in Public Relations / Customer Relations position.
- Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate with internal & external customers.
- Computer literacy, specifically with MS Word, Excel, Power point, Visio etc.
