Guidelines for booking and appointment:

1. You can make an appointment for TELE-COUNSELLING by calling at 042 35905000 Ext: 8888, from Monday through Sunday (8am to 8 pm). To confirm this appointment, kindly deposit a sum Rs. 2,000 through one of the options in below “Guidelines for Advance Payment”
2. In case you wish to cancel/re-schedule your appointment, please intimate us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, the advance payment would be considered as forfeited.

Guidelines for Advance Payment

Credit or Debit Cards:

Online Transfers or Cash Deposits:
You can submit cash or transfer booking fee to any of the following Shaukat Khanum Memorial Trust bank accounts:
