In 2019, the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Trust opened its third diagnostic centre, near Liberty Market, in the heart of Lahore. The Shaukat Khanum Diagnostic Centre, Liberty (SKDCL), offers world-class diagnostic and clinical services. Proceeds from this centre help support the treatment of needy cancer patients at our hospitals.

Radiology Services:
MRI: Cutting-edge 1.5 Tesla MRI unit capable of performing all MRI scans with excellent resolution including multi-parametric liver and prostate imaging.
CT: 160 Slice CT unit with ultra-low patient radiation delivery, capable of performing cardiovascular CT, CT angiogram, multiphasic liver and pancreatic CT and bone/ joint CT
Mammogram: Flat panel detector ultra-low radiation mammography unit with superior resolution for accurate diagnosis of breast pathologies
Ultrasound: High-resolution ultrasound units with Doppler and Duplex vascular ultrasound
X-ray: Digital x-ray and fluoroscopy unit with complete range of scans
DXA: Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry measures bone mineral density (BMD)

Pathology Laboratory:
Shaukat Khanum Diagnostic Centre, offers comprehensive pathology sample collection services for blood, urine, stool and tissue specimens for laboratory testing. Samples are collected according to the standard operating procedures to ensure provision of quality testing services. Test results are saved within the Hospital Information System and reports can be easily accessed online.
